Its funny how what you do in your personal life can affect your work and maybe even your life!
What is worse is NOW you can lose your job in participating in "free thinker" and "nationalist" radio/podcasting or activism, but not if you were supporting an opposing liberal political deviant, or a fag, pro zionist jew, or whatever else that is acceptable, you couldn't be discriminated against because it would then infringe on your "rights" and you'd HAVE to keep your job otherwise you could file a lawsuit.

Get your own business. I have been self-employed for over 20 years, and I highly recommend it.
You don't have to worry about office politics, or any other back biting bullshit.
You make money for the company, on a commission basis, and that's it.
They don't give a shit what you think, they just want to make a buck, end of story.

aren't there several WN attorneys out there? seems i've heard of a couple other than edgar steele. he'd be a good one.
or that guy who got banned from here (unjustly, as far as i could tell.) can't remember his name. seems he got run off for good. if he was an ok guy, it's a GOD DAMNED SHAME. we need all the lawyers we can find!!!
so, can't some WN lawyer step forward and sue the shit out of dave's employer? and not charge an arm and a leg?

I wish David Pringle all the best. If David Pringle chooses to go back into private life, does that change all of the positive things that he has done regarding pro-White causes? It's pretty easy to hide behind a keyboard. I know for a fact that we have supporters within the military and law enforcement, but they have to keep their views to themselves if they wish to remain employed. Bob the Cop is a good example of this. He was a loyal NA members for years but had to keep quiet about it until he retired. Most WNs are not independently wealthy and have to work a real world job. We all can't live up on Hatemonger Hill or in the Turner Diaries. People used to bitch on here about Dave supposedly being a bum and living off of his wife. Now he gets a job, tries to hold onto it and now he's a "bad" person. Give the guy a break.

It won't happen, you need to get your own Independence, and working for some asshole, ain't gonna work. Trust me, I have worked for fortune 500 companies, and every god damn one of them suck.

Perhaps one needs to think of every consideration before going public in the first place then. When you display the courage to put yourself out there, there is an expectation from others that it be long-lived. It may not be fair, it's just the way it is.

most states have a "right to work policy" they could fire you for not having a cool haircut.

I think those "right to work" states are mostly in the south, plus Texas, Okla., around there as well.
I am pretty certain [almost positve, I am a former UAW member myself] union members in eg., Michigan or Ohio, it is almost impossible to be fired, you would have to really do something, assault a foreman, steal something, stuff like that.
I don't know about Alaska, or what Dave Pringle does for a living, but if you are not protected or self employed, you are quite vulnerable to these attacks.

Pringle probably worked with a lot of Eskimos and so his presence destabilized the company's racial harmony policies. He should have cut himself a piece of the National Alliance pie like the Gleeb and the Beer Dude did, and then he would have been on easy street now.

You are correct about most employers having a free hand to fire you, but I think its' referred to as "employment at will". Right to work refers to the choice of an employee to not join a union. In states that don't have "Right to Work", it's a condition of employment that you join the union after a certain number of days. It's also known as a "closed shop". Personally I think if you are going to benefit from the union's collective bargaining and other things, then you should belong to it. If you don't belong to it, then you ought to be on your own when it comes to dealing with the company.

Even a union member would be fired if they were an open WN, even if they never discussed it on the job. All it would take is a co-worker or underling to complain about discrimination or harassment. The only way to go is to be self-employed in a skilled trade.

I understand what you are saying, that could very well happen. I think it depends on where you work, the size, what kind of people who are there, & for how long they have been employed.
Where I worked it was not too big, [in the mid 100's] the union side people were a pretty tight group. [all, long term employees for the most part] For someone from the membership to openly take part in the firing of another long time member would be a very serious matter. It would break the solidarity of the whole group.
There are for sure, certain people on the union side you cannot trust, but they usually do things in the shadows, they would never openly attack another member in a firing case.
This is the case where I worked, it could be different elsewhere, but I don't know, when it comes to a dues-paying member [who did not sell-out or go after the union heads in any particular way] being fired, I think there is a certain minimum level of solidarity.
